The SEANEO is a private company resulting from the association of 5 engineers, all honoured in the marine field with a particular focus on coastal environment and the valorisation of marine resources, fished and raised. Their individual professional experience leads them to work more specially both on the feasibility and the environmental impact of coastal activities which have a predominant economical and social weight for numerous coastal communities throughout the world.
The goal of the team SEANEO is to promote, through adapted technical consulting services integrating continuous innovation in a global context, a sustainable development of coastline communities and marine industry by limiting their impact on the marine environment.
The 10 engineers constituting SEANEO have the potential to answer to an increasing demand at the planet scale. Their capabilities of action are therefore based on various and complementary skills resulting from more than 10 years of studies and projects in the marine sector. SEANEO’s main stream of expertise is impact studies of any marine activity (fishing, aquaculture, coastal planning, marine pollution, marine protected areas?) both at the national and the international scale. SEANEO provides as well adapted on-demand services on technical projects in relation to fishing activities and aquaculture. In addition, SEANEO proposes training classes in relevant sectors and assistance in scientific or general publications in the marine field with the possibility of providing personalised submarine pictures.
In order to complete the expertise range of the company members, two associates of SEANEO are certified professional divers and three associates, including one leaving for five years in Ireland, are French/English bilingual.
