Olivier Boulouard, Nolwenn Pennec and Alexandre Bazire have been practising law in Brest since 1982 and 2004 respectively .We  work mainly in the field of corporate law and, in particular, maritime law.

The many and complex regulations at national, European and international level, especially in maritime matters, mean legal certainty is vital in all areas of company activity. The purpose of our partnership with Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique is to help develop the region’s maritime excellence by providing our legal skills and experience to support PMBA members.
