Every day, along the Atlantic seaboard, throughout France and across the world, Leyton’s teams are engaged in a race for progress, working with clients who are some of the most active players in the maritime sector.
We are committed to technological, environmental and social progress – and to progress that is sustainable.

For over 25 years, the Leyton group has been responding to four major challenges that face stakeholders in the public and private sectors , in particular improving their impact through sustainable innovation (R&D tax credits (CIR), innovation tax credits (CII), grants and subsidies, optimising eco-contributions and the  360 low-carbon strategy).

  • Financing the modernisation of production processes and tools: ensuring carefully managed investment through the use of Energy Saving Certificates (CEEs).
  • Optimising companies’ room for manœuvre: support with tax and HR processes
  • Controlling energy consumption costs: using levers such as curtailmentguarantees of origin and renegotiating contracts with energy providers

Our Innovation Team in France includes:

  • 200 consultants, 70% with PhDs
  • 9 offices covering the whole of France
  • €300 million per year on average claimed in CIR for 3,000 clients (40% of them SMEs)
  • 40 lawyers and tax specialists we’ve been working with for over 15 years (through Leyton Legal)

What can we offer PMBA members?

Leyton provides companies with ways to:

  • control operational costs, allowing them to invest
  • accelerate innovation processes and products
  • better address market expectations in their sector
  • finance (or receive financing for) the investment needed for business transformation.

With a portfolio of over 40,000 clients worldwide, we can draw on our global, national and regional networks at no extra cost to address the needs of our clients’ development projects.

Leyton is proud to have been awarded EcoVadis gold rating every year since 2021, reflecting our strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance. We are also ranked among the top 5% of French companies

CSR is an integral part of the work of our experts. They seek to go beyond obtaining finance, enabling their clients to adopt a progressive approach that combines competitiveness and responsibility.

We are the only company able to support businesses of all sizes and in all sectors, both locally and internationally, in their drive for technological, environmental and social progress. We are global leaders in the management of all the financial and fiscal levers available for innovation, human resources, waste, energy efficiency upgrading and carbon.

As well as supporting our clients to make sustainable progress, at Leyton responsible development is in our DNA. With the Sustainability by Leyton programme, we are developing coordinated action based on the expertise of our partners in technology, energy and economic transition.

Our sailing connection

Since 2018, Leyton’s involvement in sailing has showcased our company’s ambitions in terms of our commitment to people and planet. We have always sought to combine performance with purpose through concrete action. One aspect of this is our work to boost inclusion, such as in our partnership with The Magenta Project which promotes the inclusion of women in competitive sailing. Another example is our efforts to protect the environment – including our partnership with flexible, organic solar panel producer Héole, and our organisation of the Sustainable Development Summit.

Building on this momentum, we have teamed up with TR Racing, Advens and Réseau Entourage to set up the For People and Planet collective, with the aim of encouraging businesses to commit to social and environmental transition.

As our two skippers, Sam Goodchild and Thomas Ruyant, line up for the Vendée Globe 2024 with state-of-the-art boats, they are ambassadors for our social and sporting ventures.
