AMiTher The potential of microalgae to help treat cancer

The AmiTher project explores new applications which may be developed for products derived from microalgae.

This project focuses on the major side effects of medical treatments, aiming to offer an effective, natural solution that boosts oxygen supply to the body, significantly reducing the negative impact of treatments.

In particular, it targets cancer treatments with established, quantified side effects.

The project aims to improve quality of life in patients being treated for serious illness using aggressive therapies. It also aims to improve their ability to withstand the side effects of these treatments, thus ensuring a better adherence to treatment protocols.
