PROJECT SUMMARY

The MAREOS project aims to better integrate Copernicus data (European Earth observation data) into the European regulatory framework, and in particular for the implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD).

ObjectiVEs 

The aim is to promote economic activity through the development of new services and products based on these data: maritime safety, marine resource assessment, coastal and marine environmental monitoring, sea state forecasts...

Actions aimed at businesses will be launched in 2021, with the opening of two Calls for Expressions of Interest aimed at rewarding 2 innovative projects with €25k each!
