The Brain Booster project is aimed at perfecting high value-added innovative health ingredients derived from marine co-products (sardines) for the neutraceutical and pet food markets and, more particularly, for the healthy aging market.

The innovative aspect focuses principally on defining complex ingredients capable of acting on the global parameters of ‘healthy aging’ - memory, spatial performance and maintaining good quality of life for both humans and household pets (cats and dogs).

Brain Booster aims to contribute to building a sustainable industrial sector developing high value-added marine co-products at a regional level.

The BRAIN BOOSTER project is recognised jointly by the clusters Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique and Pôle Valorial.
